Learning how to play Escape from Tarkov can be difficult for a myriad of reasons, but one of them is knowing where are you standing and where you need to go. You'll have to learn all of them to be able to escape with both types of characters. However, there are different types of extraction points: some are always available, but others might require you to pay some Roubles, escape with other players, and perform certain actions like restoring the power of a certain room, among others.Īlso, Scavs don't have the same escape routes as PMCs. You'll get a few options when starting a Raid (check them by pressing O twice), and you'll have to choose one to use. Those specific spots are called extraction points. Before this time runs out, you need to survive and escape using a specific spot in order to survive the Raid and get back to your base. When you join a Raid on any level, you'll have a limited time to do any of the objectives you want to achieve. There you'll find a quick description of the map, its extraction points, and some general tips. Click the links in the table below to enter that specific map guide.
